Not much of a change from the last report.They said we should get a south swell last week however it never happened.The North Shore is flat as a board.We all were checking the new movie they shot out here last year Blue Crush.The amount of work they did last winter really can be seen.The movie seems to be doing good and looks like it's getting good reviews.The noseriding contest should be right around the corner and we hope there will be good waves at Queens that weekend.With such a poor summer of waves we hope the winter will be much better.It would be so nice to have perfect Haleiwa for a winter.We heard the longboard part of the Triple Crown has been dropped from the line upthis year.We will keep you posted..........

Sorry for the long lay off.The surf here has been just o.k.because it has been so windy that the surf has just been blown out.There are a few windows where there are perfect waves but they have been far and few between.We surfed Pop's one morning and we left early because the wind was from the Diamond head area and making big bumps on the ocean surface.Now it seems the winds are back to normal and we will be in the surf.Next issue of Longboard we have a rare mini tanker in the board buyer section.They are doing a mini tank issue.Another load of Roger Hinds boards are in the works and we should have them soon.Wow they are so so beautiful..............
